We have been involved in numerous new-build projects across the education and healthcare sectors, including mental health facilities and Penwortham School in Streatham. Our experience also includes the construction of sheltered accommodation in Wembley, as well as crèche buildings in Tower Hamlets delivered as part of Sure Start schemes.
DTW Building Services Ltd has undertaken all aspects of construction and fit-out works for a range of contractors and local authorities, delivering projects to the highest standards.
DTW Building Services Ltd commenced trading in 1990 and has since delivered a wide range of projects for local authorities including Lambeth, Islington, and Camden Councils. Our early work included void refurbishments and legal contracts, encompassing underpinning works and flat conversions.
We later expanded into social housing projects, successfully completing 1,330 kitchen installations and 942 bathroom installations for Wates between 2003 and 2007. The programme was delivered six months ahead of schedule, achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores of 93%.
Today, DTW Building Services Ltd focuses primarily on residential and domestic projects, while continuing to undertake selected commercial works, including Sure Start schemes and local authority projects. Over the years, we have built strong, reliable teams, with many of our trusted subcontractors working with us since the company’s early days.
